A young wine, fresh and fun but with its own structure obtained from grapes coming from old vineyards typical of 30 years ago Tuscany.
After a smoth pressing it's vinified in steel then aged for one fifth in used wood while the remaining is left in steel.
Several months later the wine is ready for bottle.
